"The woman taking orders was rude right off the bat. We got home to find that our order was completely wrong. My daughter returned to the restaurant where she was screamed at by the same woman. I didn’t eat the new food out of fear they had done something horrible to it. We will NEVER return to the La Vergne sonic, and will do everything we can to make sure no one else is treated like we were."

"I had a relatively large order. I ordered a foot long coney, a whacky pack, a garlic butter burger combo with pickle fries, another garlic butter burger and a hickory BBQ burger. The first time they brought out my food, I got 2 coneys, a burger and a corn dog. I let them know their error, so they came back out and got that order and brought me another. I thought it would be correct as they took my receipt and said they were remaking the order. I get home to find that I got the coney, the pickle fries, the Mozzarella sticks and then 3 breakfast sandwiches that I didn't order. How do you make the wrong thing TWICE?! Next time, I think I'll go to the one in Smyrna IF I go to Sonic, again."

"I was there for an hr after they made me wait 10 minutes before they took my order. Then another 20 before they brought it out. I realized they not only messed up my order they left a meal off my order. Told them and they said they will fix it but never came back. Another 15 minutes later I ended up stopping another worker and told him my issue and another 15 before they got it corrected"

"Placed the order through the mobile app for breakfast while we were out running a small errand. Both breakfast burritos were made incorrectly. One doesn't even come with jalapenos and the other was supposed to have them removed. But neither had any eggs. We ate them anyway because of also having gotten off 3rd shift. I don't know if you have a lack of ingredients or just don't care what you give your customers. This lack of care could send someone with food allergies to the hospital if not dealt with properly."
