"Nuggets had to have been cooked over 30 mins ago. They were delivered to me and I couldn’t even rip them apart because it was like card board. Y’all should be ashamed throwing old nuggets in a delivery item. Where it’s going to cool down in the process of getting to the customer already. SMH Cheese burger was good."
"Don’t bother ordering door dash from this location unless you want your order to be incorrect and missing items. DoorDash will not make any issues correct. Other delivery apps seem to be better. In person the food is good but DO NOT USE DOORDASH unless you want disappointment delivered to you door"
"This store cheats you out of your food. Check your order. I call corp. office they told me the store was wrong . On a bacon egg cheese biscuit you are to get three peace's of bacon , they only put two or none at all, so check your food, they will short you and then tell you your wrong. So don't go there."
"Do not eat here after 4pm or your food is not going to be in bag -Always 1 item or more missing! If you get your food it's old, cold & not worth eating! I never complain but I just got done going through drive-thru where workers were rude- standing around with 5/6 people hanging out in lobby (friends of employees) not working & my food is so bad I'm throwing it out & calling management in morning just ridiculous......A waste of time & more than that my money!!!!! ........----->>>>>> **UPDATED ON 8-14-23: RECEIVED 2 RAW UNCOOKED CHICKEN SANDWICHES!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!! FRIES ARE ALWAYS COLD AND HARD AND NOW RAW CHICKEN SANDWICHES!"
"Messed up my order multiple times, had an attitude when I asked for it to be corrected, had me wait over 20 mins then asked what was I even waiting for because they forgot about me. Took my receipt to fix order & STILL messed my order up & they never gave my receipt back. Called the next day to speak to a manager to get it resolved & they said too bad so sad basically that my receipt was taken & asked could I bring the food back, why would I keep food for over a day ??? plus my burgers were raw. never going back."
