"Very slow service sat 10 mins waiting to give our order. Big Mac was full of lettuce and sauce overkill on both totally fell apart"
"I went through the drive thru for breakfast and they forgot my hashbrowns AND the sausage in my "hotcakes & sausage" meal, which if they had fixed the mistake in a professional manner I wouldn't have done this review. INSTEAD, when I went inside to let the manager on duty know what happened, he decided to raise his voice and accuse me of lying to him as he handed me the hash browns. This is not typical of McDonalds and this guy could learn a lesson in customer service from the other McDonald's locations in Mount Juliet."
"When we were there at 6p, they would only let you order at kiosk, and all orders were done to go. Guy working the front had no personality, never smiled, or greeted anyone. It felt like covid times but without the mask. Food was fresh and tasted good."
"I came here yesterday and my order was incorrect when I got home and looked in the bag. My kid wanted a Happy meal today so I took her there again. Again an incorrect order. I miss the days when they would verify your order at the second window. Now they don't even speak to you and just stare and hand the food out. I won't be returning to this store again."
"This is what passes for a 7 dollar burger these days. I included the credit card in the photo for size comparison. The bacon was burnt and we had to wait 10 minutes in front of the building just to get our terrible food. We were supposedly waiting for fries to cook, but they came out cold and not even a full order. Then we had to wait again because they left out my daughter's order."
