"The workers do not know how to make cold foam nor do they know what it is. They poured straight milk on top of my espresso first. I asked it be remade and she started to pour the straight milk in again. I opted out of the “cold foam” even after paying for it."
"My Carmel macchiato is mostly milk doesn’t taste like coffee or Carmel and my partners cafe mocha tastes like just warm water. Not worth it all all and the employees seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing."
"The drinks were great but horrible customer service! While waiting for my drinks the barista Emily was busy making free drinks for some kids and completely forgot about my drinks. When I told another barista I didn’t get my drinks she asked Emily if she forgot about them and they both laughed. Will not be coming to this Starbucks again!"
"Best starbucks location to get a shaken espresso. I do not go to the one near the road with its own building bc it never tastes like it's supposed to. Thank you for NEVER disappointing me(:"
"The drink was amazing as always but I was not thrilled with the customer service. I ordered my drink and stepped over to wait. While waiting the two baristas decided their time was more valuable and played on their phone. Had she made my drink, she would have had more than enough time after."
