Check out was backed up a bit. We will go back again just because of the variety of items we can get in one stop shopping trip."

"Went for a lawn battery, and I asked the auto desk to open the case so I could look at the terminals and compare batteries. The answer was, "NO." WHAT?? "If you can't see it, we don't have it." I got more help/assistance from another nice random customer. (He couldn't get anyone to help him either.) Customer service is dead indeed."

"During a regular day or the holiday season your are still stuck checking out yourself. All lanes were closed except the self-check outs. Only 1 employee checking out the whole front end of the store. The rest of the employees were just casually walking around."
