"Employees were very polite when entering this store. The manager on the other hand was very unprofessional and ghetto. They sent someone to my house about an agreement that I have nothing to do with. When I called the office, they claimed my address came up when searching my mother’s name. I explained to them that my mother did not get any merchandise from them. He(the manager) stated he had paperwork that she signed secondary. I told him that I will bring her up there for a copy of this paperwork. When we arrived, he couldn’t provide any paperwork that she signed. Only asking us where is their merchandise. Why waste my time if you know you don’t have any paperwork she has signed. Go after the person who has your merchandise and stop harassing innocent people!!! That manager is the worst manager I have ever encountered!!"
"The furniture was nice But the employees were very much so unreasonable. Due to covid my payment date changed. They wouldn't work with me. They never answered the phone so I could change my phone number in the system. They constantly sent different people to my door. After giving each one my new number, no one put it into the system. I was finally fed up, I gave the furniture back. I won't be returning."
