"A completely horrible experience. I bought a nice washer/dryer set. It was one of the higher priced sets so I had expectation there would be some level of quality. Within the 60 day warranty period the pump on the washer went out. I called and scheduled a repairman under the warranty. It took several phone calls and three weeks waiting for the repair man to come out. It was looked over and I was told that the part would be ordered. Two weeks later I call to check in (I had to ring 11 phonecalls over three days to get anyone to pick up) and was told its on order. Two weeks later, its on order. Two weeks later. Its on order. A total of 9 weeks went by, when I was told that the part had never been ordered and would not be ordered because it was discontinued. So everything else told to me before was a lie to put me off! Under the warranty, I would receive a different washer of equal value. Reading back, it took a total of 39 calls to get to this point. 5 weeks after that, with numerous more calls to get them to bring what they owe, I had a washer delivered that was not worth half the value of the one I bought. But it was clean and I don't have a big family so I wasn't going to fight over it. It made rough noises the first load of laundry I ran. I managed to get three loads of laundry out of it before it stopped working entirely. I call to request a repair and was told that it would not be under warranty and I would have to pay for repair service. They brought a BROKEN washer as a replacement! The amount I was quoted for repair would be MORE than a new washer! I bought a new washer. Money is not the issue. Principal is the issue. If you manage to get a working washing machine out of this place it is by luck. If you have to use the warranty in any way, then you're going to regret coming here. They WILL NOT hold up to it."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! First i got a front load set, was super excited to get it as I have moved into my first apartment. Got the washer, no water was dispensing into the washer. I then called & made them aware & they sent out a technician to only tell me that the gasket was broken on the washer and that I needed a new one because it was going to take too much money to replace. Fine! I received another front load washer and now that the water is dispensing, guess what? No water is draining so that means no spin cycle. I then had to manually drain the washer in order to get the clothes to spin! I then cleaned the very dirty filter, as you can see below the dirt & debris that’s coming out of the washer. I Ran a test cycle with NO clothes & NO washing detergent & still the same issue, and here is the washer with water sitting in it. I was automatically offered a “cheaper” washer because my apartment may not be set up for a front load, which I am sure my apartment would make me very aware of! And also, my apartments were built in 2009 so fairly new apartments. However I had a terrible experience & FULLY reccommend getting a new set from a company reliable & that offers a refund. No refund screams a red flag that I should have taken heed to!"
