"Not all Starbucks are created equal. The Winchester location, for me, lacks the happy, energetic sraff most locations have. Everyone seemed...depressed, maybe. I don't know, but I've been to this location a few times, and it's always the same. Apart from that, it's great."

"They do not refund you what you pay. Ordered a drink that was 5.45 they couldn't make it so i asked for refund instead of an alternative drink. They refund me on a gift card $4. I didn't have my phone to check the mobile order receipt. This was Christmas eve and they were very busy. However they shouldn't say they will give a refund and proceed to withhold $1.45+tax I paid."

"Typical Starbucks location that has the full service and menu that other locations have. The staff here has always been friendly and usually quick, even when they are busy. This location does have a drive thru for convenience but it is in a busy area and can get crowded at times."
