"This the second time I done came to this location and the workers in the inside leaning in the counter. And 3 cars at the drive thru for 10 minutes and they did not take no one orders . We all drove off and 1 worker came outside went to his car and went back in the building And no one still Answered the speaker to take an order. Drive around and all the employees leaning on the front counter at 6:20 am."
"Very poor service. Multiple mornings I have stopped and they say they can't take my order if I'm not door dashing. Then tell me they can't take my order because they are prepping for breakfast. Manager please get this under control. Pretty sure your business hours say 24hrs."

"These folks ghetto as hell! Avoid this location. we ordered a sackful of krystals, the lady's attitude was so bad i forgot to tell her what i wanted on my burgers. She added cheese on her own. We knew immediately because of the total. We tried to correct her then but she wouldn't answer us. Needless to say she was pissed at us at the window. Rolling her eyes and the whole 9! She was like pull around and park. We did, only to see the folks that were in front of us knocking on the lobby door because their order was wrong. nobody answered the door and the lady angrily got back in the drive thru line. When the ghetto chick came out with our food we knew it was gonna be wrong. There was nothing on them. No onions no pickles no mustard. We didn't dare take them back. Didn't have the gas or the time to waste, as we were headed to the hospital to see my Dad. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Krystal in my life! And the complaint form online is unavailable! So you cant even hold them accountable!"
"They served me cold cold food as if it just came out of the refrigerator. Sausage was hard. I took the food back and the cashier told me the bread warmer isn’t working"
