"I wanted a RT44 sweet tea add strawberry (No strawberry in my drink).( when I called the sonic they wouldn't replace it because of new policy) I want a hot fudge sundae ( they put strawberry in my hot fudge sundae -it was only be hot fudge and ice cream and whip and cherry) I need a drink carrier ( didn't put my items in drink carrier before coming outside- after I ask for drink carrier when I place my order) How hard is it to key in a order correct on screen , bag it correct . Then I called the store and Team leader working tonight said Sonic policy if you left parking lot , we can't replace it . What , I paid $29.27 and got my order incorrect. Means replace the 2 items ."

"It was my first time at the Trenton sonic drive-in, I went on my lunch break is a mistake because I only get a half hour so I was late back to work but anyways, so I pulled up to a parking spot I could order from, push the red button and after waiting for five minutes or more without anyone greeting me to let me know they’d be with me as soon as they could, it was lunchtime and busy and knowing they knew I was even there since they greeted me would have been nice. But nobody said anything so I decided to download the app I ordered my food on the app paid for my food on the app and after I finished with that I looked over at the red push button and it wasn’t flashing red anymore so I pushed it again and waited some more. Finally one of the associates greeted me and I told her that I had went ahead and ordered on the app. I did get my food quickly but it was not good, the corndog was barely luke warm and soggy and the chili cheese fries were the same.I know now from this experience, I will not go back to the Trenton Tennessee Sonic drive-in."
