"Horrible, the women in there have no idea what's going on. Very unprofessional. Always a issue when I get my medcine from it being late, to them telling me it's not ready. Also saying they dont have it , my doctor needs to call it in. Its always something. I get the same 3 medicines every month Please do better. Also train the women how to do customer service."
"Spoke to someone in pharmacy named Liz. Liz is very unprofessional, talks over you, she assumes you work in the pharmacy with her and know what information to give to her without specifically asking you for it. Liz is VERY RUDE and doesn’t need to be in customer service. Don’t go to this pharmacy! Liz clearly hated her job!"
"Scheduled COVID test and received notification encouraging me to get there at least 5 minutes early. I show up and there's a sign saying pharmacy was closed due to the pharmacist being out. Walgreens staff said I probably "received a call" (which did not happen) and was told I had to go through the rescheduling process again. Pulling teeth is easier than dealing with this place. Good riddance."
"I love the pharmacy staff! They know my kids and myself and are very helpful! Sometimes I know they go over and beyond what they have to.. just to make sure that we are taken care of. The store is usually consistent with the same employees, which makes it feel more comfortable as well."
