"They ignore their customers. Despite 5 employees being behind the counter, it took me 15 minutes just to get through line with only one person in front of me. 3 of them sat there doing nothing. They show no sense or urgency for their customers needs and sat there looking like they all absolutely hated their job. I won't be returning!"

"This place is a dump with mediocre customer service. I am sorry that we interrupted your time scrolling your phone to help us. Also, there are no bags to carry out our stuff? No lie, when we asked for a bag, we were told, "We can give you a trash bag." What?"

"I would give this place ZERO stars if it would allow me to. - I went there October 19th to purchase two costumes. Got to the register and I paid with CC. The ONE cashier working then places my items in the bag and tells me I need to purchase them again. I said no, I already paid and showed her the pending transaction. The cashier then calls for the manager who is there that night. We waited for a good 3O MINUTES until my husband had to walk in the back in the employee only section and bang on her door to come out and help me and the customer before me where the same situation happened to him. My husband said when he walked back there, her legs were propped up and she was on the phone. Fast forward another 10 minutes of waiting for her to come out, the manager on call finally comes and tells us she can't find our receipt in the system so we didn't purchase it and we can either repurchase it or leave without anything and dispute the charge once posted. So we left empty handed and disputed the charge, all for them to reject the dispute. The whole ordeal took over an hour, and no one staffed that evening seemed to care or be of any kind of help. And at this point, with rejecting the dispute, this is theft. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is that I did call back this week due to the dispute being rejected and spoke with the manager Koren/Coren (unsure how to spell her name) and she was a delight! She found the transaction within minutes of us being on the phone and she was able to put in a ticket with corporate to dispute our charge for us. Spoke with her again today to try and get an update, and again she was very helpful and kind. She said the ticket was resolved yesterday and we should receive the refund back within the week.. so we will wait and see on that. I give this place a 0 but Koren/Coren I give her 5 stars."

"I was giving a baby shower and they had only one cupcake stand and it was black, not exactly a baby shower theme. They only had 2 baby shower gift bags (and very few bags in general). The store was out of so many things. I understand that many places are under stocked and under staffed, but they didn’t have any of the standard things I needed for a party."
