"I gone to this 7/11 12 am the food been sitting out since 12 pm 10 hours old the food look dry I keep trying to tell the guy how to pay over app but he wasn’t listening and keep scanning my barcode without putting it to pay for it and keep trying to use my points for a drink I keep saying no to . I got mad left everything on the counter and gone to a different 7/11"

"We were absolute regulars at this location (US377/North Tarrant parkway) and loved the staff before they went to a franchise owner. Now the store has gone down hill. Want ice coffee in the morning? Don't even think about going here. It's always empty. Ask an employee if they have more. Doesn't even bother to move from his chair from behind the counter before he tells you no. the morning staff is terrible!"

"I work in Keller so I come here sometimes and always get good service. This morning as of 4-6-2023 the time is 6:30 am. The lady that is working there this morning… she was so rude to a few of us customers. I heard a guy say good morning and she looked at him crazy and he walks away very annoyed and than I said good morning as it was my turn and she did the same. I just politely grabbed my items and left. I asked a guy that came after me if he felt the same and he said yes she was mean. Lady If you don’t like interacting with customers than don’t work there. It boils my blood that we customers spend our hard working money in this store to keep y’all in business so we don’t need your family member with a stick up there a** working there. Get somebody with better customer service or she’s going to get chewed out one day by the wrong person. If she’s there when ever I go back I will be going to another store."
