"3 days in a row I've gone here to get lunch. All 3 days the following exchange took place Are you part of our rewards program? No Would you like to be? No Are you sure? Yep, I'm positive It would save you some money IM GOOD No means no, and badgering your customers is an excellent way to make them someone else's customer"

"Went in on Tues 11/23 at 7:25pm. Only to be completely ignored by the lady working behind the counter. She continued to scan bottles of energy drinks, completely ignoring me standing there at the register. She knew I was there, but said nothing and continued to work. I must've stood there for 2-3 mins, and finally just walked out. Would love for mgmt to know about this, and I would ask if this acceptable for their employees... She was a short Hispanic lady with brown hair. If you see her behind the counter, don't expect any good customer service."

"After speaking with the manager and asking specific questions, that had me make the decision to show up I encountered a manager with the most nasty and disrespectful attitude. Floresa (spell check) told me to "sit" like i was some dog. After stating that i would prefer to stand, she proceeded to let me know that she was the hiring manager. Which was fine with me. I just feel that everyone should show common courtesy and respect! Especially someone "in charge." Her people skills are poor."

"It seems every time I walk in to this place that I feel I am not wanted. I have worked in this area for almost 30 years and up until competition across the street I never had a problem with this place. Not that it is the stores fault for some of my most recent encounters with customers not showing any regard towards other customers. After years of working close to this place it seemed it has become an inconvenience after decades on convenience. Another teller had to open another register to help other people because of what is to follow, including me. My decision to no longer go to this "convenience store" came the other day. I tried to help out someone with money issues by throwing(remember 6 feet even though this was maybe 3) a quarter on the counter right next to the customers money and asking the clerk if that was enough only to have the clerk shake her head to me "no", so I threw another quarter on the counter that unfortunately bounced and rolled close to the clerk. The clerk then told me to not throw money at her. I explained that I did not throw money AT her and that I was just trying to show some courtesy. Clerk seemed already upset with the customer since the customer had to walk to the front door and ask for more "pennies" (this has nothing to do with the fact the customer was on something). I hope the upset clerk does not need a hand out from someone in the near future. I will gladly help her, but not to the extent that I normally would."

"NEVER will I darken their doors again. Management check your cameras for this. October 22nd between 3:00pm & 3:15pm. There were 2 employees on duty, that I saw. One was a lady and she was busy behind the cooked food, so I did not get good look at her,but at least she was working.then there was a bald black man that wore kind of thick glasses. Who when I entered the store was in the side of the store taking pictures with his phone of the cooler. After I made all my selections and went to the counter and stood for a minute or 2 the black man first ally came behind the counter and stood there with his phone to his ear, not talking just holding his phone there. He after a while ask who's next? I said me and he didn't not respond in anyway, but I was the only person at the counter. There was someone behind me though. I wondered why he would even ask that with me the only one standing at the counter. After a while he finally took his phone from his ear and said to the person behind me "what you need? The guy told him cigarettes and he looked for them and when he turned around I pushed my stuff towards him and turned to walk out and he yelled at me from the counter. I told him I had said I was next, but I left anyway. I will never go back in that store."
