"I was in the 7 eleven at Bertelsen . The woman who helped me at the register was such a nice person .she was witty and had a positive outlook on things .I hope that when I return there that she is working. Her name tag said Bobie"

"I live right down the road and only go here sometimes because of the convenience. It's the same guy every since time because no one else will work there and he simply doesn't care about anything. I'll stand at the counter and he'll talk to whoever and do whatever he wants until someone says "hey you got a customer" even though we've made eye contact a few times. The one employee doesn't care and clearly the owners doesn't care. Worst 7/11 I've ever been to"

"I've been a long time customer of this store and have noticed a steady decline. The employees that they have here obviously don't want to be there, and will do anything in their power to NOT do their jobs. The young guy cashier I dealt with today got visibly upset with me because I asked him to please look in the back for an item they didn't have behind the counter. "I'm not going back there". Was the reply. I will continue being a customer, but for each interaction like this one I'm going to start documenting and will go straight to corporate. I have direct ties with corporate, as my company does extensive business and services with 7-Eleven."

"What makes this store different then most seven elevens is the employees. There always friendly. Always laughing and joking. Honestly they work there tails off. You can find the regulars here. Smokes, coffee or gas. There hot foods are pretty good! I like the pizza but it is there wings that will surprise you. I go here every day."
