"The shopping area has a great representation of different store types. Dillards always has new and interesting fashion. The website calls it "outlet" but it's a regular up to date store."
"I don't like customers leaving store baskets in the middle of parking lot. These baskets hit other parked cars and do expensive damage to customers car. Also trash is a problem. Homless people tend to be a problem aswell."
"I used to shop this mall, until 2 years ago. This area has been flooded with people not living and respectful of my suburban community. Consequently, last summer, while a group of us walk who live in the area and have done so for the past 15 years. I walked my small dogs around the mall at 6 a.m., and there was a homeless guy sleeping on a bench. As I walked by, the guy was so rude that he tried to force me to engage in a conversation with him. In my own thoughts, it is becoming a reality that homeless people and the lower income are attracted and finding it easier to slum anywhere in the southern areas of Dallas and into the suburbs. This is not the case for Highland Park clear to Mckinney and Frisco areas. Things like this are not what I want to see, bringing down the value of my community and my residency. I left Plano 30 years ago due to the lack of lot space, now this?"

"The best shopping mall in the area which has almost all big brands and departmental stores. We had very nice shopping experience here and decided to come back again. You an find good sales a d deals on various stores here as well as you can enjoy ice cream, pop corns and other snacks. You can also dine lunch here in local restaurants."
