"March 3rd 2024. This place is filthy. From Outside to inside. Parking lot was flowing with trash from ppl who are use to littering & who could care less about their surroundings. Inside, the hired hands/employees didn't vacuum, the floors like a trash dump. This is at 11am when the place opens. I will never, ever, come here again. Theres a reason ppl try to move away from the bodies that could care less about their surroundings. This place is a mess. I give it zero stars. At least the staff could have Vacuum. This is a dump"
"This place will be amazing, but ... 1) I asked for the promotion of the day, and they don't know( I could save a lot of money with 3 kids)They have only 2 people taking care of the entire store. 2) The system for purchasing tickets does not work. The computers for filling out the waiver form do not work! The front desk is a mess, But the trampoline park & bathrooms are clean, my kids had a lot of fun! Is sad because it is the only place around in Cedar Hill,"
"Decent jump house with very little enthusiasm from the associates. The restroom was under construction during our visit but it was not very clean and had very minimal soap to wash hands. The jump areas needed some cleaning attention. The pizza was overpriced at $15.99 for a medium pizza. They have a game area that can be paid with credit card, that wad a plus. I wanted to pay online but it pushes you create an account which I didn't want to do. But I do recommend completing the waiver before entering."
