"Managers for UBM Laura Robles and Hector Martinez in Frisco, TX who have a contract with Collin College are doing some illegal behavior that needed reporting. and when I presented proof to my supervisor (Laura) I was fired! Not because she didn't believe the proof but because she is friends with those doing illegal activities!! I have been with UBM for 5 years and have not been absent in all that time. At the College I’m appreciated and well-liked by the college staff, I work hard and have always done so. I also always try to do the right thing. Since I was terminated because I blew the whistle on them, I understand that I should be protected under the whistle blower ACT LAW in the state of Texas due to retaliation. I hope the owners get to read this and either reinstate me or compensate me for the days have already lost at my job."
