"I recently had a very disappointing experience with Dallas Maids. Despite paying almost $1,000 for their services, the lack of attention to basic cleaning - not to mention detail - was evident from the moment they arrived. Firstly, I was shocked to see that the cleaners did not bring a step ladder to reach high spots, resulting in areas higher than 5ft eye level as well as areas like ceiling fans, light fixtures, our glass showers and tall shelves being completely neglected. Furthermore, the cleaners completely skipped over the baseboards and barely dusted the surfaces. It was clear that they were rushing through the job, leaving visible layers of dust on baseboards, doors, shelves, and other surfaces. The most frustrating part was that the windows were not cleaned at all, despite being added to the selected package. Both baseboards and windows were additional services and both areas were blatantly neglected. When I called the company to express my dissatisfaction, they did send the same two ladies back the next day. However, their attitude was far from professional. They seemed annoyed and shocked at the extent of the cleaning tasks we requested, even though the service I paid for was a deep “move out” clean. It's baffling that they would be surprised by the amount of work involved in a service they themselves advertised. To make matters worse, the cleaners went so far as to claim that we had made the home messy after they had cleaned it. This accusation is completely false and baseless. The reality is that the home is empty and being prepared for staging before it goes on the market to be sold. There was no one living in the house to create any mess. Considering the exorbitant price I paid for their services, I expected a much higher level of attention to detail and thoroughness - or at the very least some communication regarding what level of service could be provided within the scheduled time. Unfortunately, Dallas Maids failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness. Their response to my concerns was unprofessional and accusatory. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a reliable and reputable cleaning company."

"I booked a deep leaning service of the common areas, bathrooms, and master bedroom of our house in preparation for the new year. Booking was easy via their online form, and the pricing breakdown they provide in the invoice is much appreciated. The company communicated with me several times leading up to the reservation date to sign contracts, give reminders, etc. On the day of the cleaning, our cleaner showed up promptly at the beginning of the time slot and got to work right away. She was incredibly thorough and wiped down every single surface imaginable. I'm fairly certain the last time my house was this clean was the day we moved in! Pricing was excellent given the service we received. We'll definitely use this service again!"
