"I love Lowes especially the 249 and cypresswood location. Plants and garden Center..excellent. now with that said I am very unhappy with way my mother and I were treated. we attempted to have blinds scheduled and bought...yes hundreds of dollars and to my surprise they were very rude to my mom and asked why she was calling up to lowes...well YOU CALLED ME....TO SET UP A TIME FOR MEASUREMENTS....oh the lady says I don't see any information on you....then How did YOU CALL US AND GET OUR PHONE NUMBER..hung up on my mother....I called for my mother 20 minutes later on a Tuesday mind you at 6:30pm And not one person would answer the phone.....I have OFFICIALLY STOPPED ALL BUSINESS. that's thousands of dollars from my mother and I who is remodeling her home and me who is completely re landscaping entire front yard....please Lowes...work on customer service, phone etiquette and staff training"
