"This place sucks. I got an amaryllis for Valentine’s Day, and when I got home two of the flowers immediately fell off leaving me with only one flower. I tried to go in for an exchange in which they refused with no explanation. If you want quality plants this is NOT the place to get them from."

"Considering the high demand on landscaping plants and flowers, this location stock on these items is pretty decent. They have knockout roses (mine were able to endure the recent freeze), trees, Azaleas, Impatient flowers and many more. Unfortunately this time around I couldn't find Fox Tail Ferns which are in high demand. It has a fast check out but good luck finding an employee available, most of them are either helping other costumers or you can't find them."
"Go to the website and PRINT the coupon. We had it pulled up on our phone and it would have saved us $20 but they refused to honor it... Horrible customer service if you ask me. Also, we asked a few different employees about where to find a specific plant and they all said "go find the guy with the orange vest". It appears that if you need any help with anything to actually do with the flowers or types you have to hunt down the needle in a haystack one educated employee. HOWEVER, they do have a huge selection. The parking here is a little tricky. The location is right off the feeder as well. There are tons of flowers and a really good selection but you need to know what you want and be pretty self sufficient because it's nearly impossible to find help."
