"Purchasing through the prior ownership was a great experience. Campers Inn service has disappointed at every turn. At this point I’d rather drive out of state for service than deal with this level of ineptitude and poor communication. Prime example: I told the service rep (Mike) the outlets on my inverter circuit were not working and he advised that they won’t work if it’s not plugged in to shore power. These people are not equipped to fix a toaster let alone an Airstream."
