"I questioned this the second it was handed to me. But she insisted it was in fact my chocolate kid size malt that she charged something extra for because “that’s normal when ordering a malt” I have no idea. However I’m here because of this as you can see. It’s all over my cup holder couldn’t hand this to any child and I’m glad I didn’t. It’s also Icecream. Not even drinkable not shake consistently let alone malt consistency…. Or malt flavor at all. Super frustrating I don’t live close so not worth the drive back."
"We love oberweis and have been coming here for years but we’ve never had the service like we’ve been getting. My orders have been wrong, they take forever to get your order. I was the ONLY person inside the store one day and waited 20 min for 2 things because they were joking around and not doing what they should of. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with short staff and I came back tonight and the same thing.. my order was wrong, and I waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. A little ridiculous if you ask me."
"Trying to do the right thing and quarantine at home right now because I’m very sick. I really wanted a chocolate peanut butter shake so I paid the ridiculous price of $18 to DD it to me. They sent me a plain old vanilla shake! Contacted DD and they said restaurant offered a $3 refund. I’m sorry but to send a completely wrong shake when it was the only item ordered is ridiculous. Obviously they can care less about customer service and satisfaction."
"Well even though this place has best ice cream around I will never go again as they got rid of best ice cream they had with chocolate smores. The vanilla one does not even taste like smores but chocolate one did. I am moving to Pennsylvania soon anyways. However I am boycotting oberweis from here on out till I leave because they got rid of best ice cream flavor they ever had."
