"Horrible assistance! Couple times the prescriptions are not ready and you have to wait in hours for your madicine!! With sick kid at home I back 2 times because they said you prescreption is gonna be ready in 30minutes but it's not! SANDRA, SOO RUDE and said I will prepare the prescreption for you in 15 -20 minutes! I waited there and she said go on the line and wait, your prescreption(10people line) is ready! So rude and not helpful!"
"We have used this pharmacy multiple times. Every time the prescription is not ready on time. Tonight it was an hour late. The pharmacist was on the phone talking about her kids math class instead of helping us. The pharmacist seemed to not care that I was waiting an hour for my kids medicine. We will be picking a new pharmacy. Very disappointing."
"Had a terrible experience at the jewl osco just across the way. 40 min talk with anyone in the pharmacy then there was an issue with my prescription. I sent it here instead, the pharmacist was so nice. Called me about an issue with the script after talking to my Dr first. They didn't have the drug ordered, he spoke with my Dr, got a replacement and had it filled at a store closer to my house. Amazing service, all my prescriptions are gong here from now on."
