"If the prices weren't so much cheaper than in other places I'd never set foot in here. It's always a zoo. Make sure you look online to see if they have whatever item you want and where it's located because you have better odds of finding a unicorn than an English-speaking employee who can show you where that item is located. Nothing against people who speak other languages but if one works retail and is working the floor at a time when customers are shopping, they should have customer service skills and be able to somewhat speak the primary language. Just my opinion."
"I bought a big can of baby formula here. And when I came home and opened it there was a tape on top of it and I didn’t think much of it. When I took the tape off and opened it the bag was wide ripped open. Like one of the workers actually put it back on the shelf to be sold. This is very dangerous because there is Fentanyl going around like crazy. Or anything else could be in this. Walmart is so cheap but one of the riches companies."
"I was attempting to get something out of the locked cabinet by pharmacy and there were three employees in the area. I asked them to help us open the case. After waiting 10 minutes, they asked us to walk around and come back because they did not know who had the key. We came back after 10 minutes and all three employees were gone. We asked another employee for help and she said she couldn't help us and we had to go to customer service. We went to customer service and they said they didn't have the key either and would have to over head for help. After waiting another 5 minutes, no one came, so we had to leave because our toddler was getting fussy. There were so many people there but no one could help us. Sad"
"Needed a new tire on the road and I stopped in and was taken care of in their tire center. Very professional and kind staff. I have other work needed on this vehicle and I'm comfortable having it done here."
