"The representative and installer were very knowledgeable and the process went very smoothly. Sure wish that they would just give me a call once in a while to make sure that everything is working okay instead of sending out surveys online. It would be a much more personal touch."

"Installed there system a month ago. It’s working well but they promised me to install brass faucet in a week but now when i call the sales representative, he gave me another number which i called and not so responsive. Got a response in 4-5 days then he scheduled but no one shows up on scheduled date and time. I called them again but no response. Overall I experienced a very bad service."

"Final update 07/17: Shane was sent out to reinstall the system and it looks so much better now, he even gave me some space back in the garage. Upgrading my review to 5 stars since they made things right and stood by their product. Thank you Miller and Shane! -------------------- First impression of the service has much left to be desired. Having some issues after the install and not even a call back or email in response to my issues. So far a 1 star experience and feeling the buyer's remorse right now. Also, the installer just eyeballed everything, no attempt to measure or level anything using tools, like a real professional would. He rushed though the install. The final result doesn't look anything like the marketing material with the white tubing and everything being perfectly symmetrical and measured. This is not up to the level of quality this company represents itself as. Reply to owner: Thanks for at least responding here, but what I really need is someone to call me back. I sent an email to support and didn't even get an automated response back. The support is still terrible! Edit 7/5: After calling back I finally was able to speak with a manager who will be sending a tech out tomorrow to review the work. If I am satisfied with their resolution I will upgrade my review. Edit 7/6: Kade the service tech came out to assess the install and he agreed the installer did a bad job. I requested they perform the install again, but this time the right way and he agreed and will take it back to his boss. Kade was patient, listened to my concerns, and showed great customer service skills. Upgrading my review to 3 stars thanks to his efforts, and will provide another update once they get back to me on next steps. Update 7/11: Miller, a manager called me back and listened to my concerns and said he'll make things right. I'm appreciative they stand by their work and am upgrading my review to 4 stars. Will provide another update once the rework is done."

"We are on City Water in Leander-TX. It was VERY hard water and the taste was not good. I put a commercial grade filter on the Fridge and it helped with taste, but not hardness. We decided to invest in a whole home softener and carbon filter solution from Leaf Home Water Solutions. We are very happy with our decision to install a full home water softener. My wife and daughter love the soft water and what it has done for their hair, our clothes, etc. I am a typical guy and probably oblivious. But, I do agree the water taste is much better.We were very impressed with the installer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did an awesome job."

"Deceptive business practices. I had a representative call me and ask to schedule a consultation. I asked what the price range of the product was - from the absolute cheapest to the most expensive - and the representative refused to tell me. The representative kept pushing for a 1hr in-home consultation. I told the rep that I didn't want that. I just wanted to know the approximate cost of the product before I scheduled anything. They were able to tell me everything about the product: from how many variations there were to what the product could filter out. Yet, they couldn't tell me a price range. Nothing. They kept insisting that my home size, water quality, and the number of people on the property determined the price - which is true! I didn't want to know that. I didn't want a quote over the home. I wanted to know from ALL of their products what the price range was so that I knew if it was even worth an hour of my time to have somebody come to my home. I was flat-out REFUSED. I will not conduct business with a company that is secretive about their prices. You don't need to come to my house to tell me "Our least expensive install for a small home tends to run $XX and for our largest homes with advanced setups they can run upwards of $XX". If you can't be honest about your prices, then to me you are a dishonest business and you won't be coming anywhere near my house."
