"This is my neighborhood pawn though I never tried to use them until the 29th. Wanted a loan on a wedding ring. Although they had multiple diamond rings, claimed to me my ring had too many diamonds, and diamonds are not worth anything in todays market. Needed 200 dollar loan on a 6 grand ring. I feel he looked at my skin color and made up this rediculous story that diamonds are worthless. I received my loan from a competitor, they offered twice what I needed. Not s great place for everyone. Will never darken their doorway again."

"This used to be one of my favorite pawn shop to stop by, before I moved away to another part of town. I stopped by today, and remembered why. Pretty fair prices, good natured employees always willing to try to make a deal better for you, and a surprisingly wide selection of stuff. Tools, jewelery, and electronics. I'd recommend checking this store out, even if you don't have anything in mind. You never know, they probably have something you didn't know you wanted"
"I had a few questions about some tools I had been wanting to get rid of so I thought it was best to call ahead and see what their policies were. The guy who answered the phone was polite, understanding and did not cut me off when I was trying to explain the items that I had. He was also with customers in the store, there was a looming question I had asked and he asked if I could call back in 5 minutes in which I did and he answered in that time frame, I was impressed. He made me feel like a valued customer just over the phone....and by the way no unfortunately none of my items they could take. Iv called a few stores around the Greater Houston area and have never received service like I have here. I give it 5 stars for honoring your business policy over the phone while delivering excellent service and making sure that each item I mentioned you made an opportunity to be used by your shop. Thank you!!!"
