"They sold me an Xbox one with one controller and three games they say they tested the console before they reset it and everything was in working order and they plugged it in to show me it worked and I get it home the controller doesn’t work but that’s okay I grab another controller I had and do a system update and set up a profile just to find out the disk drive is broken and of course they won’t take it back it’s sold “as is” they are taking money from people knowing that they are selling them broken junk"

"They want to keep an autistic kid's STOLEN bicycle. It is his only mode of transportation and these people are absolutely human garbage for this. After my interaction with the employees here they will definitely sell you fake jewelry and tell you it's real. Even showing them the receipt when the bicycle was purchased with all the accessories that are on the bicycle they were really adamant about not releasing the bicycle. They first told me I needed a police report so I called the cops and then they proceeded to tell me there was already a police report filed that I didn't need to call the cops. SHADY and criminalistic."

"They will sell you fake jewelry. And lot of the items are on clearance on sale are broken old and just don’t work. Don’t buy from a Spanish guy that work here he selling broken items and know it’s over price told me I take 5 buck off and told him I be back to find out he over priced it just cause I told him I be back and did. Since everything broken and over price and the service was so ugly never will I shop here again."

"Linda Linda linda Let’s start off by saying that Cash America is the McDonald’s of pawn shops. So don’t expect customer service to be a “priority“ and is performed to a bare minimum to get by and get a check. I WAS a regular at this store, I have given many life possessions, money and looked forward to see what they’ve had for years. I’ve had interactions with every employee that has come and gone but my latest interaction with LINDA (the manager) only Insured that I will never come back. Linda has patience as thin as her eyebrows, paired with customer service that is as welcoming and nice like sand paper across the face on a summers day. Which is odd because she manages a team & store but lacks the ability to communicate with a short fuse. Avoid this place. Just go to another cash America that is within a 10 mile radius. Your experience at any other store wouldn’t make you feel like you’ve been offended or robbed."
