"I visited this pawn shop because of the great service I received from Zack in the past. However, this time, I encountered a lady who falsely claimed that lab-grown diamonds were natural, which is fraudulent. What's even more surprising is that she fabricated a story about the shop not accepting lab-created diamonds and only using melted jewelry to make studs. The studs had serial numbers engraved on the diamond and the mounting. To cut it short, I bought a $2,100 gold bracelet solely because of Zack. The shop owners should be ashamed of training their staff to misrepresent their jewelry selection. If I did not know how to recognize jewelry - I would have purchased studs marked at $7500 that would have been worth nothing as they were lab."

"Very poor customer service. Brown skin young man begin to load a gun, did not acknowledge us. He was suppose to working the jewelry counter. He told the other man to help us. They have no rings for $500 they said. They need to be replaced. Did not offer any help."

"Absolutely a waste of time. They will tell you that they're interested in what you are selling, have you waste your gas money driving there and tell you that they're not interested. Horrible customer service!"

"This is the second time I’ve been in this place to purchase a gun. I was ready to buy. The guy at the front counter just sat there on the counter talking to the girl there. I was there for 10 minutes and he never acknowledged me. What a dump and unprofessional"
