"This is a great pocket park in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Georgetown. We have lived in this neighborhood for a couple of years now and really enjoy it. It's very quiet and the playscape is just right for kids up to about third grade I suppose. The basketball courts are busy with middle schoolers quite often. There is a covered pavilion with two picnic tables and shade. There are a few beautiful ancient oaks in this park. It would be excellent if this place had a water feature. We sell a lot of real estate in this area and many of our own clients enjoy buying homes before they are introduced to places like Zillow and Trulia. Welcome home, welcome to Georgetown."
