"Do Not use the Georgetown location. I called to ask about ordering a pentair replacement part. As soon as I said why I was calling, the employee hung up on me. I assumed it was a mistake, so I called back and started to explain why I was calling and the person hung up again. When I called the third time, he did not answer the phone at all. It rang for several minutes when I finally hung up. I called the round rock location and spoke to Isaac who was very helpful. He explained that they don't sell the part I was looking for anymore, but he took the time to look up the part number, and recommended an online store that would have the part available. He was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. If you need anything from Leslie's, take the time and go to the Round Rock store."
"Not sure why this store was rated so bad. Almost drove to another location based on these laughable reviews. Came in got service right away. Learned how to treat my new pool. I’m sure I asked all the dumb questions. Kenneth was nice and knowledgeable. I’ll keep coming back for chemicals and testing."

"Would not recommend if you order something to be delivered to your home. I wemt over the weekend and was told my skimmer basket would be delivered Monday. It is now Friday and has been out for delivery since 4am. They are not the only pool supply store in town and I will never get something that needs to be ordered through them. Will go to one of the other stores."
