"I always shop at Cash America on So. Main where is customer service is superb. Love the greeting I receive when walking into the store nearly 2-4 times a month. The District Manager Robert and Store Manager Nikko makes my shopping experience enjoyable. I’ve given them both a plaque because of their service and love they show for Ms. Birdie."

"I’ve been coming to this location for about over a year and I absolutely love it, the ladies there are awesome, always greet me with a smile and assist me with all my needs, if they can’t they reach out to their manager (TaNiko) I believe is her name and she gets the job done no questions ask, hands down. This store is simply amazing."

"This place is a joke. For it to be a pawn shop and for everything they sale looks used and dirty they sure do charge way too much for there stuff. Everything is even more expensive than if you where to buy it new. I actually went inn looking for a good necklace and everything was over 800 dollars. Paid 300 at the mall for the same piece same and new! Plus on top of that I was never greeted when entering the store and noticed certain people where. Do better please."

"The fact that I’ve worked for this company almost 5 years and know how it works it’s disheartening how uptight this particular store is the manager Fernando has no customer service whatsoever you would have more business if you knew how to conduct business. I needed some quick cash I took in a pair of Jordan retro 13s this man asked me how much I needed I only asked for $45 he offered me $30 need I remind you can sell these Jordan’s for well over a 100 even in a pawn shop! They were in great condition too. It’s frustrating because it was no negotiating he was just uptight and looked like he hated his job sir get another job and learn how to get customers to come in instead of being rude!"
