"Customer service was horrible it’s freezing outside they watch you at the door not acknowledging you as a customer. The agent was cocky and rude would not give her name. I spoke with the guy who said he was the assistant manager standing along the side of the rude racist agent. I’ve been dealing with cash America for a long time never experienced this type of behavior it’s unacceptable. He said the store manager is Lynn I need to speak with him if this is how he train his employees"
