"Dee was a good sales rep but unfortunately the manager blew it for her. I was about to buy an item and then the manager had to say something about “I can get it somewhere else for cheaper” which I decided to do instead. Kind of sucks for the salesman and for the store since they could’ve sold something for the day. Which who cares right one more item one wouldn’t have broken them but that’s just bad sales and management right there."

"This is the most racist place ever. I brought a brand new pair of Air Force to sell black and white and they tried to offer me 10$. But had a pair that wasn’t even white anymore selling for 90$.. They pick and choose who they want to buy from please be careful going there call around to other. Make this your last resort if you have to."

"I have went to 6 different Cash America Pawn Shops. They are very rude and sell you a laptop and don't honor it if it's broken. When they stated you can bring it back soon as you have tested it out. Wrong. I had to purchase myself 4 power supplies before it worked. No one could find the original ( power supply after I purchased the laptop) They need to get a whole new staff and more than that a new MANAGEMENT STAFF. This one has the best Manager I have ever Found. By far hands down people!! Robert is the name to ask for. He's honest and will back up his products always. I feel like person when I walk in at this store and not just another customer that is buying or selling something. I have friends here.... and treated like one.
