"Easy and convenient way to check in. Make sure you have all your information before checking in. Tight dock space. If you don’t want to blind-side back, you can find a way to turn around even if you have to back into a more open space then pull out in the right direction. Don’t feel pressured by other drivers laughing at you. Trust me, they’re not going to laugh. Most drivers are doing this because blind side backing is only good for a select few. I never do it myself."
"This is an strict appointment facility, tight dock space and spect 2(+) hrs to get loaded .. lady in the office is nice and polite..(check in/out at touch screen in front of office)"
"Showed up 20 minutes before appointment. I got put in a dock as soon as I checked in. I was loaded and out within 1.5 hours of appointment time."
"Friendly staff but the dock situation etc can be a bit confusing. The place in WI on the other hand is easy docks etc but the staff there as the rudest in the nation."
"Great place for company drivers! NO OVERNIGHT PARKING AND NO EARLY ARRIVALS. Must be within 15min of pickup to check-in. They are not obligated to get you sooner or to work you in for early/late arrivals. Two bay doors are used for live loads/unloads. Make sure not to block any doors since this lot is small and yield to local/yard drivers. Park behind building before the stop sign and walk to office next to bay door 16. Press the call-button to be let in and follow the yellow foot steps to the computer. Sign-in using your info and your PO# will be 6-digits long.
