"The girls in the office are nice but the "ways to pay" and lack of ability to help are infuriating. I don't even like the nasty water, we buy bottled and only use Benbrook water to flush the toilets. I don't always know the pin provided (in the right upper corner of the bill I don't receive because of a third incompetent mailman), I work 12 hour days and they refuse to take payments on the phone!!!! What? I try to pay months at a time so I don't have to deal with this nonsense. And, if you can't find your pin, their online system is down and you work during the business hours, they do NOTHING to help. I always pay water & on time to avoid the ridiculous up charge for, once again, disgusting water, but this is the most backwoods, out of date, incompetent business I have dealt with."
