"Charge a fee twice ICI fee to pay online. Please avoid this and pay personally. I don’t understand we’re the money goes because the building needs renovation. Please don’t do surprise fees it just makes me work harder by having to go to the bank get money out and go personally and go pay it personally. Everyone one of us work really hard for our money especially in the valley."
"They are very rude! Nobody seems to want to be there! If you ask a question they give you an answer with attitude. And now they closed the inside building where you can't make a payment or anything you have to wait 2 hours in the line. So if you work an 8-5 job good luck trying to pay your bill unless you want an extra $3.50 charge on your card. I hate that this is where I have to pay my bill for water. I've been dealing with them for 25 years. And still! I can't get good help. What a shame."
"I don't understand why people are voting our water and waste company 1 star. The website is great! Easy to use, you may pay by automated phone or on their website. I've never had any issues regarding my water bill. They always leave a note or call for a random cut off, etc."
"Your website sucks! Last month & this month can't make a payment. It keeps saying error. Your automated phone payment has also been an issue. Why have these available if they are of no use! Get your crap working properly or don't make it available."
