"Do NOT get your meat processed here! My mother in law brought in an entire beef, and M & M kept ALL the best cuts of meat. The ribs, steaks, and tips were all missing. My brother in law called them repeatedly and couldn't even leave a message. They also didn't make it right with my mother in law who spent a fortune there. STAY AWAY!"

"My mother paid for whole beef recently from Ozarks farm and used M&M to process it for whole beef didn’t receive the sirloin part of cow no ribs no sirloin steaks or tips and then wanted my mom to go collect all the meat she divided between 3 families who live 3 and 4 hours away from her to check poundage ridiculous. I definitely would not go through them if you want good quality meat go to Swiss meats in Herman Mo"

"Screwed us on our meat. 550 live weight and less than 190 lbs bring home. 99% sure this is not even the meat from our farmer. Meat packaged piss poor and turning brown in less than a month. Posted a review on their Facebook page and 2 weeks later the review section is gone. Go else where!!! Alot more to the story just trying to make it short. Previous experiences were good but not this time. Spoke with MANY people who said we should have had 75 lbs ish more. Meat probably ended up in their counter for sale...just my guess."
