"Mobile order for pickup but lobby is closed. I called and was told somone would bring it out. I never got my food! Tried calling again but they disconnected their phone. Goes straight to recording about inbox being full. No way to get refund. They wasted my time and took my money."

"I don't think this restroom has been cleaned in weeks. Stopped off from a road trip for bottled water and to use the restroom. Probably the worst bathroom I've seen in a while. Travel quite a bit as well. Motomart employee said they hear about it daily. What's the condition of kitchen/food?"

"Terrible black manager feels like if a customer is treated unfair which I was then if a report was made to corporate then they would side with her unappreciated aggressive behavior.sometimes giving power to the wrong people can hurt the business. She has done this plenty times being rude to customers cause some people feel like it's not worth saying something.im saying something because she made me feel like I was nothing.i held my head high and said this isn't the way a person should be treated.she said I had to leave even when I purchased food.i challenged her and she at her food that she brought from home and continued to talk to her self after she felt I wasn't going to get on her level."

"Cold, unfriendly astompher. Order of cheese burgers were rubbery. Two orders of fries were cold. No thank yous or any courtesy offered. My sandwich was wrong, and I did ask for it to be exchanged. The manager was kind and even gave me a refund for the sandwich, which was unexpected and appreciated."

"Ordered 2 big breakfast substituted bacon for sausage on both. Added a side of bacon for both orders. Paid $4.00 extra. We got 2 pieces per platter and they said that order was complete. I pushed back they sent out 1 more piece per platter but broke them in half and said that was 2 pieces.. Lol.. What a ripoff joint. $20 for a little piece of egg 3 pancakes hashbrown and 1.5 pieces of bacon. Never will I step foot in this location. I order this same breakfast all across this country and never gotten such a skimpy meal. Maybe Corp should look in to the managers skimming profits and making up with lower food cost.."
