"The cashier was very rude when we asked for an item to be taken off, because we could not afford it and had miscounted the amount if items we had. She insisted that she couldn't take it off and immediately got an attitude. I was very polite asking if there was a manager who could help. As the manager came, the cashier quite loudly said "They dont have the money for this," while other customers were in line. The manager cleared the whole thing up in barely 30 seconds, being very nice and understanding. Then the cashier tossed our bags on the table. And we left very unhappy."
