"Buyer beware, some products may work and some may not. My husband purchased a skill saw from here a few days ago, visually it looked alright had usual day to day wear but other than that you couldn't tell anything was wrong. The store attendant turned it on to demonstrate it worked. We bought it took it home and that same day tried to cut some wood trim for the bathroom, well the machine was not spinning the blade fast enough to be able to cut through anything. We thought it was the battery that just needed charging we even bought a new blade for it but even that didn't help. The machine itself did not operate the way it should have. I went back today to take it back and the attendant very rudely said I could not return it since I had not purchased the warranty for it. What warranty? The attendant that sold it to us never offered us a warranty in case it didn't work. After going back and forth with her and the manager I was still not able to get my money back. The fact that they sell faulty equipment in the first place is enough for me to give zero stars if I could. Will be not returning."
