"I definitely do not recommend this place they take forever to engrave bracelet’s. I had gave them 2 bracelets in August to engrave the names on it and they messed it up. It’s now September and every time me and my family go to try to pick up our bracelets they’re always closed. Seems like they only open when they want to be open. The store hours are definitely wrong and overall customer service is bad. Also the phone number for this place is not even connected. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL PLEASE!!!"
"The website says they're open for business! I leave my job! And they're closed at 10:30am!! The vendor across from them says they open whenever they get ready!! Change the freaking website time! SMH"
"Do not get it twisted, just because someone you know received good service from a business DOES NOT mean you will receive the same graciousness. Morales Jewelry was very rude and in my opinion DISCRIMINATING towards me and my husband. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior to say the least. My husband asked to see a piece and the guy behind the counter said “no” and what we were looking for was “over there around the corner “ Then basically dismissed us with his 10 kt gold! Smh... I sat there for a min thinking... ookay did that just really happen? Yes... yes ma’am it did."
"Said it would take a week and a month passed by with no sign of my necklace being finished. We called about 10 times and every time they said it would be ready the next day. We ended up asking for our money back and cancelling the order and they did not care at all. They had no customer service and we did not get one apology. Very disappointed."
