"After calling 8 phone repair shops, I called and spoke with Daniel (I called through Alexa, because my phone screen was completely black), he told me he could repair my phone in half the time as others and for $100 less. They were amazing. Super nice and helpful. They want you to have the best experience. Next time I have a phone issue, I'll definitely be visiting them and telling others about them! Thank you so much for the fantastic experience!"

"I was looking for a tablet for my granddaughter, her was stolen while on vacation. I am so happy I heard about this place from the owner's sister. I had to come back 4 times but I definitely do not regret it. Due to the inconvenience they made it up. My granddaughter has an ipad and case with screen protector. Thank you thank you. "The customer service was great, very friendly and helpful. My phone went into a reboot loop they restored it and updated without losing anything off my phone. and they were able to take care of it and help other customers while I waited. Definitely recommend them. I will be going back for all of cellphone problems and accessory. They also have great cellphone plans. Go check them out."

"Please let me share my experience with you. Talk about VIP Service. There were people stacked 3 deep and we did not mind waiting. This store is busy as a direct result of its staff... The manager has a motivation and warm welcome to his presence that is infectious. And his staff follow suit and compliment the entire experience. I did not even live near this place but was drawn to it from clever and intuitive Facebook Marketing. Our experience start to finish was amazing. We came in to replace an iPhone 7 with an 11.after 15 mins of comparisons, an easy finance option and we went with an iPhone 12 pro max! Switched our service and got them to waive the fee and moved everything over carefully explaining what was taking place each step. Service was so good we returned and bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra two weeks later. I was going to wait but all the benefits were available now and there was no need. Remembered who we were, gave us a loyalty discount and we felt like Rock stars... And you know what? So did people buying an iPhone 8 and a Galaxy Note 9. These guys deserve to be this busy and the owner of this store I hope reads this review. In today's generation? Your blessed. Here's to much more success to D2 Wireless and I will follow up on a few months when we return for the latest watches... This store was worth the drive and every store I passed along the way to get to it! Thank you!"
