"I’ve gotten two pieces cleaned here before, a coat and a formal dress. The coat was cleaned well, but the formal dress looked worse then when I brought it in. For context my dress is green satin and I used it in a wedding and because the dress is long it got in some dirt/mud from the outside. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all or even spot cleaned, and had a new long stain on the skirt that wasn’t there before. When I brought it back to get it fixed she claimed if it didn’t come out she couldn’t do anything about it, but it’s just dirt and dirt is supposed to be dry cleanable, that’s why I brought it in. Considering I paid about $30 and didn’t get it back that sucked. She also suggested I should’ve altered the dress to be shorter (I bought it days before the event because it was in a different country, there would’ve been no way I could’ve altered it the 1” that dragged), keep in mind she does alterations too. She’s nice but I wish I would’ve been able to get a refund if it wasn’t cleaned. Taking my dress somewhere else where they can fix it."
