Terrible smell left behind after clean for several days that caused me to have to use carpet freshener to mask dirty water smell. Paid $250 for 3 bedroom plus stairs cleaning and then just noticed her website has a promo package of 4 bedrooms for $120 smh. All in all I recommend going with true top commercial company over a mom and pop if you want your carpets cleaned without incident."
"Top notch service and attention to detail. This company did an outstanding job of cleaning some really dusty and stained carpets. They moved small furniture and storage boxes to clean all carpets in some cluttered rooms upstairs. They even cleaned the baseboards throughout the house!! Mario and Vicky cleaned five rooms, three hallways , two sets of stairs, two area rugs, two couches, a chair and ottoman, and a large pouf for us. This business is locally and family owned, and I like to support small business. They were very professional and kind, and their prices were extremely reasonable and fair. I will definitely hire them again."
"Communicated well and were professional , but the quality of the cleaner itself was not good enough to actually clean the carpet stains. They said they would fix but never came back. Wasted my money and have to get another service to come out."
"Outstanding! My dog got sick all over my four month old house. I called Nico’s and they were able to arrive within several hours! They were fast friendly, and the work was immaculate in all the carpeted rooms. I also had them treat my couch. It was three years old and full of pet stains and honestly it looks brand new right now."
