"The grooming was not that bad, but it wasn’t that great either. I won’t go back due to her lack of professionalism. I was criticized for asking if she had an appointment “within the next few days” and she did. She told me if I wanted her to groom my dog again then I need to book in advance. Didn’t make sense. The first time I went to her she accepted credit cards, the second time she didn’t so I had to go get cash. Overall she just comes across rude, it’s very awkward to interact with her. I tried to be very polite and nice to her but she just made me feel like nothing I did was good enough for her services. Idk, it was weird."
