"Nice place about 19 miles from Uvalde to go sit in the water and enjoy the Nueces. It can get crowded in the summer and some folks don't like picking up their trash so it can get kinda trashy. Decent fishing if you're willing to walk down river about 200 yards and use ultralight gear. Sunsets can be beautiful"
"Ssssshhhhhh don't tell anyone about this spot. You can only go if you have a truck. Nice little spot to chill with the family. No restroom, so you have to make or bring your own. The water is clear, warm, and beautiful. The kids had a great time. I'm definitely coming back here."
