"Very friendly workers, but shelves are very bare, they need more employees on the floor to restock selves. Two people don’t cut it especially when this is the only store in a 40 mile radius. Many neighboring towns shop here and I feel like the demand is high but the store is not able to keep up with customer needs. District manager need to step up their game at this location. Hoping for positive changes."

"Everything's a $1 :) customer service is great, the store is a lot cleaner & organized than before. It use to be so unorganized, but now you always see 2-3 employees fixing the shelf’s & cleaning up the aisles. I’ve seen parents let their kids run wild in there, messing up the toy aisle pretty badly & parents leaving it like that, not addressing their child not to do that or even bother making them pick up after themselves, that doesn’t help keep the store looking nice. Employees are always so nice & I enjoy shopping here."

"I went in to grab a greeting card. Who doesn't love cheap greeting cards? The store was extremely filthy! I asked the cashier why. She blamed the customers for not putting things back on the shelf.A-Never blame the customer for you not paroling the store and putting things back. B-I'm not talking about misplaced merchandise, I'm talking about filth, dirt, debris all over the floor, the trash can over flowing at the front door and piles of boxes of products stacked in the middle of the floor. I asked to speak to the manager. She went to get him and stopped on the way to blow up balloons. I found him myself, in a store room, sitting on a pallet playing on his phone. He too blamed the customers. Then he blamed the broken vacuum cleaner. I commented that there was a Wal Mart next door, go get a new one. He then blamed the fact that he was working 15 hour days. I said he wasn't working, he was playing on his phone. I asked if he was embarrassed about the appearance of the store he was hired to manage. He had no response. This is an ongoing thing with this store. Always filthy, trash every where, merchandise all over the floors. No wonder quality stores won't build in Uvalde."
