"Yeah our engagement photos with Delilah are ruined. There was a very large miscommunication and my double coated dog came home with a completely shaved stomach. As a former groomer, I know this is not something you take lightly to do. My dog is not naughty on the grooming table, she does have a bit of separation anxiety, but I know that there was not one bit of effort made to try and brush out her stomach and the easy route was taken to shave her right to the skin. I just brushed her on Sunday and know that she was not matted (really at all lol, just tangled) to warrant a 10 blade ALL OVER her stomach. We have engagement photos in a week and a half, which is why we took Delilah in for a bath. I was never contacted with any questions or concerns about the matting. Madison did call and apologize and offer to pick my dog up to fix, but after this I really do not want any more done to “fix” this. Not to mention she never gave a reason why she shaved her stomach instead of taking the time to brush her other than she understood this was a “comfort groom” and she didn’t want to make Delilah nervous???? As a groomer, you try EVERYTHING before shaving a double coated dog. I do not feel that she is sorry or feels bad as I was just given excuses as to why this happened. We were charged full price (which was more than we were quoted!!!!!!!!) for a groom that was “not her best” when I said the only thing that would make things right was a refund at this point. I’m very disappointed, frustrated, and cannot say we will be back."

"Madison is so flexible and accommodating! She knew I couldn’t quite make the time work for my schedule so she drove all the way to our home to pick up my Jasper-boy to give him some grooming love! She even went the extra mile to use our special shampoo since he’s so sensitive skinned. He typically growls and does not like his grooming session, however he was so good for her! If that doesn’t tell ya something right there, then you’re blind! Animals know good people ❤️ we will DEFINITELY be returning."
