"Switched to HyVee today trying to get aprescription refilled since Sunday today is Wednesday. I was told it would be tomorrow. So my Dr. Called them in to HyVee on agency. As i have to have this medication daily. IThen Walgerns calls. I can come get the script right now yet 30 minutes before it was to be tomorrow. No excuses other than I question is there a real pharmacist on duty at anytime or is it all techs? Incompetence has jo place in a Pharmacy and that describes my experience since Sunday with the staff at Walgrens Agency Street."

"Highly disappointed in this Walgreens. Anyone who lives around here knows that walgreens is the only 24 hour pharmacy. If you have the unpleasant experience of being Chronically ill with a Condition that causes severe pain and requires narcotic pain medication the pharmacist will more or less call you an addict because you fill your prescription at more than one pharmacy/ location. She will call it a "suggestion" to only fill your scripts in one place. We'll hat to tell you but pain doesn't pay attention to pharmacy hours. In the future, I will just wait in agony for Walmart or HyVee to open. At least they don't go back in my records 12 years to tell me I got a narcotic prescription filled in Iowa City *another ER trip. Yes mam. I really want to pay $20 for my measly 12 pills that would only cost a couple dollars at Walmart or HyVee. And please- remind me how I don't have insurance due to ridiculous paperwork issues but you'll be so kind as to "fill it and let me pay cash even though [I] don't have insurance." People like you are the ones who cause me to have flare ups due to your rudeness! Andyes, I called corporate."

"This is the worst Walgreens that I have ever been to!! You can wait for over an hour every time you go because they won’t open another drive through! Cars in line all the way out into the parking lot, and when I ask them why they won’t open another lane they say because the speaker is broken! Really??? How about get it fixed with all the money you make!! This has been like this for at least a year! And they close early all the time and will tell you to come back in an hour knowing damn well they are going to be closed, so you can sit without your prescription until the next day. Corporate needs to check this disaster of a store!!"

"I am till waiting after 2 DAYS for one medication to be processed. Everytime I call them I get a new time for pick up. Utterly ridiculous. Have to go to Dr office now to get breathing treatment because for some reason the inhaler is being process. Come on Walgreens, yall can do better than this. Otherwise after all these years I'm switching."

"I scheduled a vaccine using online portal. I get there before scheduled time and wait at the window I need to check in to. Woman behind counter looks right at me but doesn't acknowledge me at all. I wait for 5 minutes and she still is standing right there but no acknowledgement. I walk to a different window to ask where I should go for vaccine, and they tell me to go back to the window I was at. I go back. She sees me again, and still won't acknowledge me. Several more minutes go by and someone tells her, you need to check her in. She finally comes over, and she starts going off on how she wants to quit her job, how she can't be in two places at once, starts slamming papers down talking about some other employee who "left all these from last night," and she has to do them. She then asks me some basic check in questions. She's irritated and distracted. Then she just walks off. Doesn't tell me if I'm checked in at all. She walks to the back wall and starts slamming stuff around, muttering more about she should just quit. I did not get my vaccine. I just left. Will never go back to this Walgreens. In fact, after that, had all my scripts moved over to Hyvee. My spouse was in there today to pick something up and he overheard a customer in the pharmacy department ask how he can move his prescriptions to another pharmacy. This Walgreens location is just a trainwreck."
